I’m so glad you will be joining us for the Permanent Weight Loss program! My goal for you is that 2017 is the last time “lose weight” appears on your New Year’s resolutions.

I’ll be sending over instructions soon of things that you will need for the course. For now, I just want to let you know about a couple of things you can do to get plugged in to a healthier life and the calendar for the “official program” which starts Monday, January 16.

If you are eager to get a head start on healthy eating for the year, go ahead and start cutting back (or eliminating) all:

  • processed foods
  • sugar
  • oils – yes, even olive oil
  • animal products – including dairy, eggs, and fish
