Gina Carr-Kyle and Don Kyle are the co-owners of CENTURY 21 Across Atlanta. Gina received her Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and her MBA from the Harvard Business School. Don is a CPA and a financial services professional. He received his Accounting degree from Florida State University. Together they started CENTURY 21 Across Atlanta, the first full-service real estate brokerage firm in Towne Lake, which opened for business in January 1995. We are located in the heart of Towne Lake at 2360 Towne Lake Parkway in Woodstock, Georgia.

CENTURY 21 Across Atlanta operates under a unique team philosophy. There are no individual agents being stretched in all directions. Rather it is comprised of a team of specialists who concentrate on specific aspects of each real estate transaction. Team members include Gina as the Team Leader and Marketing Specialist, Don as its CFO and Technology Specialist, Kristen Butler as its Listing Specialist, Crystal Carr as its Buyer Specialist, Blair Blaylock as its Telemarketing Specialist and other key team members who focus on contract management and administrative areas.

Gina and Don also founded two local community magazines - The TowneLaker and Sixes Living Magazine. Gina and Don have been very active in the Towne Lake community. Gina served on the Towne Lake Residential Owners' Association and was the chairperson of the Eagle Watch Directory Committee. Don served on the Eagle Watch Board of Directors. Together, they founded the Cherokee Jubilee at Towne Lake, Towne Lake Business Association, and The Lost Pet Hotline. They also participate in a variety of local charitable organizations and activities.
