BQ: What is the biggest change you see occurring in the marketing industry over the next 5 years?
GC: “I think the biggest change will be how to get the attention of customers in a world where people are constantly bombarded with too much information.”

GC: “Choosing the right channels, engagement strategies, and offers will be critical for success.”
